Molise

Abruzzo - Aosta Valley - Basilicata - Calabria - Campania - Emilia Romagna - Friuli Venezia Giulia - Lazio - Liguria - Lombardy - Marche - Molise - Piedmont - Puglia - Sardinia - Sicily - Trentino Alto Adige - Tuscany - Umbria - Veneto

The Molise region is the second smallest region of Italy and is the youngest Italian region, since it was established in 1963, when the region "Abruzzo and Molise" was split into two regions sometimes referred to as "between the mountains and the sea", Molise contains both a little seacoast and a mountainous centre.

Molise and A
bruzzo still today maintain a common identity both geographically and in their historical and traditional heritage.

Molise is still relatively undiscovered, so it's a region worth visiting before tourism takes over.
